Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 dble beds, 1 sgle bed, 1 wooden cot), washbasin and toilet. Veranda in the sidewall of the gite. Grounds 700 sq. meters large and enclosed courtyard. 125 yds from a farm, in a quiet environment, 1.8 miles from the village centre, 6.2 m. from Chatelaudren and Quintin, historic town. You will be seduced by this beautiful stone house, typical Breton farmhouse, ideally located to explore the many sites of the Cotes d'Armor.
