The host, Paula greeted us warmly when we arrived at this upscale & beautifully decorated private unit! She offered us recommendations for great restaurants & things to do in the area. A visit to the Botanical Gardens is worth the trip!It was great to have use of the carport as it was chilly & frosty in the mornings! All of the amenities in the space were wonderful!

Clean and bright

This was a nice place to stay while exploring the area. I would suggest some kind of window treatment. The road runs at the same level of the windows fairly close. Even Shutters on the bottoms of the side. The place was equipped except for a cutting board and coasters. The owners are very close by and to access the water you have to walk in front of their house. a little awkward.

Anniversary Weekend

This is an absolutely heavenly location with a space that couldn't be more beautiful. Our stay was absolutely perfect. There were wonderful places to ride bikes, and hike. The botanical garden is literally around the corner. There is a canoe for use off of the pristine dock and a gorgeous deck that looks out onto their gardens and the inlet. We grilled and ate overlooking a sunset, we enjoyed the comfortable furniture and fabulous decor while playing cards on a rainy day. And, their dog Chloe is an absolute love. Beautiful Location

Everything about this property is beautiful. The lovely setting on the water, the open concept, studio plan with lots of windows, the furniture and decorations, and the very enjoyable owners—everything about this place is outstanding. I enjoyed exploring not only the Boothbay region, but also much of eastern Maine. There’s a wonderful botanical garden just three minutes away. I highly recommend this property and suggest you give yourself at least a few days so you can fully enjoy the experience.

Gorgeous, tranquil studio on a cove

This apartment is so lovely! The high ceilings and open flow made for a really peaceful space. The decor was beautiful. It’s a great place to spend time and unwind. We cook a lot and the kitchen space plus the outdoor grill met our every need, which is really impressive for a studio kitchen! Downtown Boothbay Harbor is a five minute drive with plenty of good restaurants and in general everything we did was convenient to this location. The owners live on the property in an adjacent house and they were very nice. Only saw them a few times throughout the week. We would definitely recommend this rental.
