Great location to stay for ASU functions or you could explore some of the many activities that Boone and the surrounding area has to offer such as snow tubing, skiing, zip lining, golfing, fishing and hiking. This was a great little place to stay and relax as we were visiting App State for my son. Having a kitchen to cook a meal in and two bedrooms to have our own space was critical. Beds were comfy. Living area allowed us to watch some games together too.
