There is an exit leading to the garden from the kitchen. On the upper floor, you will find a living room with a hi-fi system and an exit leading to a balcony. The apartment has three double bedrooms and one shower/WC. The floors are made of wood. You will have access to a balcony, terrace, and reserved parking for one car.
