Located in Le Bono, in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, near Auray, it offers good amenities. It is the ideal base for a relaxing family holiday or time with friends discovering the region.

Welcome to this charming house, a haven of peace located on a quiet street. The house, very welcoming and highly functional, will be the ideal location for discovering the region, with family or friends.



Nestled in the town centre of Le Bono, this family home, freshly renovated with taste, offers you good comfort amenities.

It offers on the ground floor a garage, a laundry area and a shower room with WC.

On the upper level, a large living space combining lounge and dining room opening onto a modern open-plan kitchen, offers a convivial shared space. A bathroom with bath and shower and separate WC complete this level.

On the second level, three bedrooms with a maximum capacity of eight beds make up a pleasant and cosy sleeping area.



The house is surrounded by a small garden. Parking is available in the garden in front of the house (no street parking).
