The house is composed at the ground floor of:

- Large dining room
- Lobby with table football, overlooking a lovely patio with fountain
- Spacious living room with flat screen and large sofa, access to the garden
- Bedroom 1 en suite with air-conditioning: double bed 160x200cm, wardrobe, closet, shower room with walk-in shower, 1 washbasin. This room has access to the outside
- Bedroom 2 en suite air-conditioned: very bright and spacious for a family of 4: double bed 160x200cm and 2 single beds 90x200cm, wardrobe, shower room, 1 washbasin and toilet. This room has access to the outside
