Excelente localização, staff muito atencioso e educado. Quarto limpo, cama boa, internet adequada para uso de redes sociais e streamings. Passei apenas uma noite, me atendeu bem, mas para uma estadia mais longa a falta de tomadas no quarto (só tinha no banheiro e uma para a TV na parede) e o chuveiro (não esquentava devido à falta de manutenção - a agua 'dura' da região demanda limpeza constante da resistência) se tornariam um incomodo.

Ótima localização, equipe solícita!

A equipe é super atenciosa, o hotel realmente se preocupa com sustentabilidade / meio ambiente (informações pelo hotel, no quarto, opções de descarte correto para todo material: reciclagem, reaproveitamento, compostagem, tudo!). Claro que muito depende das pessoas que se hospedam lá! A localização é perfeita, pertinho da praça principal, tem tudo perto: restaurantes, bares, farmácias, mercadinhos, conveniências, posto de gasolina, lavanderia, loja de souvenires! Nosso único “problema” foi o barulho, apesar da baixa estação tinha gente na cidade e no hotel, pessoal esquece de não fazer barulho depois das 22h/23h… mas faz parte!

Localização excelente

Tivemos problema logo na chegada. Reservamos um quarto quadruplo e nos colocaram em um quarto duplo, com cama de casal, pq segundo eles "eramos so duas pessoas entao aquele quarto atenderia". Nao tinham o quarto correto disponível e tivemos que passar a primeira noite no quarto errado. No dia seguinte fomos reacomodadas no quarto que pagamos/reservamos. O espaco comum da Pousada é excelente, cafe da manha bem servido e a localização é perfeita! Tem tudo ao redor dela, como lojas, alimentacao e a praça principal.

Gostei muito do hotel, bem acessível e os funcionários muito gentis. A sauna e a piscina são boas, o café da manhã é ótimo e a localização ajuda muito para transporte e alimentação. O quarto é um tanto apertado, a tv não funciona direito e o ar condicionado faz bastante barulho, mas no geral achei ótimo o lugar. Com certeza ficaria no mesmo hotel em uma próxima visita.

Foi incrivel nossa experiência com o VOA Paraiso das Águas. Chegamos na madrugada e Fomos muito bem recebidos, não me recordo o nome do atendente, mas tinha um atendimento excelente. O hotel é bem localizado, na rua principal do centro, vc consegue visitar as lojas, comer, ir as praças a pé. A localização é fantástica. Precisamos trocar de quarto, pois o nosso, a claridade incomodava muito. Solicitamos para a recepção e a troca foi realizada no final do dia. Queremos agradecer muito a Keile, ela foi sensacional, ela foi muito atenciosa, prestativa e ágil. O café da manhã incrivel, muitas opções no cardápio, a cama muito boa, quarto aconhegante e espaçoso etc. A única sugestão é que possa colocar alguns ganchos para pendurar as toalhas nos banheiros ou fora dele. O hotel esta de parabéns, pq trabalham de uma forma sustentável, principalmente com o uso consciente da toalha.. Super indicamos a todos a se hospedarem no VOA Paraíso das Águas.

HOTEL FRACO

Me colocaram num quarto que precisa de reforma. O espelho da parede caiu e quase bate na minha cabeça. A luz do teto piscava. Acordei com barulho da cozinha as 4:30 da manhã espremendo laranja. Ouvia tudo que o vizinho do apartamento do lado falava. Pedi para mudar. Depois de mudar para um quarto melhor e passar tudo para lá vi que o quarto estava sujo cheio de cabelo em todos os lugares. Reclamei e me colocaram em outro quarto melhor um pouco e não tive mais problema. Mas para limparem o quarto você precisa pedir ou informar todos os dias. Do penúltimo para o último dia apesar de eu pedir não limparam mas só arrumaram a cama. Café da manhã fraco. O que salva são os funcionários que sempre me atenderam prontamente. Não recomendo!!!!!!

Decepcionante

As fotos não correspondem ao real estado do hotel. Funcionários muito agradáveis, área comum boa e excelente localização. Estacionamento grátis. Maaaaas, quarto bem apertado e com cama bem dura. O ar condicionado desarmava as funções o tempo inteiro e não podíamos alterar nada além da temperatura. Banheiro com revestimentos quebrados, extrema aparência de sujeira. Água empoçando no box. Não fornecem shampoo e condicionador (não contar com as cortesias de hotel). Toalhas desgastadas e “duras”. Telefone do quarto quebrado (tentaram falar conosco e tivemos que descer até a recepção para saber do que se tratava). TV pequena, com sinal muito ruim e pegando apenas 4 canais de tv aberta. Café da manhã com poucas opções, louça suja e sempre que determinada comida acabava, não era reposta.
