Enjoy your downstairs oasis with your own private pool and beach bar in this fenced tropical paradise. Each villa is beautifully appointed with an open floor plan. Villa 1 has a king size bed, brand new full bath with a walk in shower, and a kitchenette with a stovetop, oven, and microwave. Villa 2 has a queen size bed, brand new full bath with a walk in shower, and a kitchenette with mini oven. Indoor and outdoor dining available with a grill. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and 4 bikes are included.

Prime location! Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach are only 5 minutes away. Fine dining, casual restaurants, entertainment, golf, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. Perfect stay

Everything was perfect for us at this property. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with the added bonus of the two villas for privacy.

Amazing stay!

We had the most amazing time in these two villas. They are fully stocked and wonderfully decorated. The pool was private and the view of the canal was icing on the cake. This will be the perfect place for our next visit to bring family or friends as we will have separate living spaces but only steps away with the pool in the middle! Jennifer was so responsive and literally thought of everything. These villas are like staying at the Ritz, yet you are the only ones allowed at the pool!

Jennifer was a great host

Best host we have had. Property is quiet and has a nice pool with nice afternoon shade. Outside grill was nice and given the great restaurants in the area the limited kitchen - accurately described in the listing - was not a problem.
