One large king bedroom with massive closet space , one lovely queen bedroom with large closet, spectacular bath and balcony facing water, the third bedroom has a beautiful murphy bed and attached full shared bathroom. Tile work throughout this home is simply stunning. Air conditioned throughout with 4 televisions one in each bedroom with cable, and internet included. Attached screened-in lani has grill and 8 person outdoor patio table. Detached garage has chairs umbrella and other beach things to use and room for 1 Car. San remo Is a wonderful small village right off of Bonita beach road only 8 miles and 15 minutes from the beaches. You will find shopping, restaurants and entertainment everywhere. Spend the day in beautiful Bonita springs or down to Naples then return to this home with water softened kinetico system-with instant on demand hot water. The attached photos will give you a feel for this well done freshly remodeled updated . Please e-mail with any questions or thoughts regarding this fabulous place. We offer it once a year for a three month lease so it stays awesome and not overused.
