This is a two bedroom, two bath townhome in a community known as Spring Run, within the larger Brooks community of Estero, FL. It features access to a number of pools, a clubhouse, golfing, and other social benefits with rental. It is within walking distance of Coconut Pointe Center, which is one of the largest and most creatively developed outdoor shopping centers in Florida.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all Brooks amenities, including pool, tennis, golf, social club, and more. Guest much purchase monthly Brooks membership.

The condo could definitely use some updating. The condo course location was great for golf viewing and the course was super for all abilities. Spring Run members and staff were very friendly.
