This 4th floor studio in Building 4 at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club checks all the boxes for a group of up to 4 — spectacular sunsets every evening, a freshly remodeled bathroom, the beach just across the street, and not a sleeper sofa in sight.



Building 4 offers a quieter, more residential feel than the busier towers, while still putting you just steps from everything Bonita Beach has to offer.



On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations). Please note: some restoration work on building walkways & stairways, grounds, landscaping & sidewalks are ongoing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.



THE SPACE



This 500+ sq ft open-concept studio flows comfortably from the kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space, with the Gulf view drawing your eye straight to the screened balcony.



The living area is set up for easy relaxation with comfortable seating and a large wall-mounted TV with cable. Slide open the full glass doors and step onto the screened balcony for that stunning, direct Gulf view — the kind of unobstructed panorama that makes every sunset feel like it was staged just for you.



The sleeping area features two queen beds, each freshly made with provided linens and a ceiling fan overhead — everyone sleeps well here, with no one stuck on a sofa pullout. A spacious walk-in closet keeps belongings organized throughout the stay.



The bathroom was fully remodeled in summer 2025 and features a large walk-in shower — brand new, fresh, and beautifully done. Bath and beach towels are included.



The efficient kitchen is well-stocked for easy vacation meals — oven, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave, plus cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances. A dining table with seating for up to 4 rounds out the space.
