This home lives large with open concept high ceilings in first floor kitchen, dining, living and billiard rooms. The living area opens to a new pool and hot tub, Lani with grill and eating area, and private bath. Also included on the first floor a Queen bedroom and bath. 2 laundries one on each floor. Second floor; 2 king bedrooms with bath, one with balcony over looking pool, Lani, and coastal water way all screened in. 2 Queen bedrooms with shared bath. Views of coastal water way from all rear facing rooms and screened in Lani. Ample parking and one garage space on the property. All less than a mile from Barefoot and Bonita beach. Third street is a quiet deadend street.
