While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!

Due to damage from the previous hurricanes, work is still being done to restore the grounds, atriums and landscaping. Occasional daytime noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.

With a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico, the entire living space is awash with Florida sunlight in the day and the dazzling sunset at night. Packed with many extras you'd expect in a much larger space the condo is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and comes with just about everything you need to enjoy your visit to our tropical paradise beach town!

The studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining bar, living space, and partially divided sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics to make meal preparation and dining enjoyable during your stay.

The living area includes large, oversized leather reclining furniture and a wall mounted large screen TV, with cable package. The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the screen enclosed balcony. On the balcony you'll find a pair of comfortable club style chairs - perfect for quiet days and evenings enjoying a drink, overlooking the Gulf.

The studio has been creatively divided with a partial privacy wall separating the living area from the sleeping space. There is a wall mounted TV with cable programming so you may enjoy TV in bed and you will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king-size bed with hotel quality linens.

The full bathroom comes with a oversized, fully tiled walk-in shower.

All bed linens, bath, kitchen and beach towels are included.

Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.

A beach umbrella, beach chairs and drink cooler are included with this unit.

Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.

Bonita Beach and Tennis Club offers 2 elevators servicing each building, community "pay per load" laundry facility in buildings 1, 3 and 5, and is a close walk to the sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.

Your stay at this vacation condo also includes free parking so you can walk to the beach, cable TV and free unlimited Wi-Fi. You'll also enjoy beach dining at the famous Docs Restaurant directly across the street and Coconut Jack's waterfront Restaurant located next to building 5 at Bonita Beach & Tennis!

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.

No pets allowed.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
