First floor condo two bedroom two bath condo in Bonita Bay! Close to the swimming pool and tennis courts! The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a tv, the guest bedroom has two twin beds and the den has a sleeper sofa. Ride the shuttle bus during season to our beach park with complimentary chairs, umbrellas, tables, grills and restrooms. Tenant to pay the $150 application fee to the association, $40 per person for background check, copy of drivers license and two reference letters required. $45 for international guests. 30 Day minimum required at this condo.
