Take advantage of this perfect vacation getaway, one-bedroom apartment at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club. This newly renovated convenient 8th floor unit is well distributed across 507 sq. ft. Newly renovated with stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite counter tops. Sleeps two in king-size bed and guest foldout sleeper sofa. Washer and dryer located in unit. Community amenities include tennis courts and two full-size heated pools. Excellent location for beach goers. Great location, just short steps to local stores and restaurants. Weekly & monthly rentals welcome.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Oct. 15, 2025 - Both pool and hot tub areas are open. Amenities currently not available include: tennis courts and pickle ball courts. We will continuously update as new information is available.

THE LAYOUT
After making your way up the elevator to the 8th floor, you are welcomed with a delightful and freshly decorated beach décor. The loft-style layout provides a seamless flow between kitchen, living and sleeping area. Full kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, oven, range, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker & more. All your culinary needs are covered with our supply of dishware and cookware. Dining area offers seating for up to four people. Washer and dryer located in the condo.

After a gorgeous day at the beach (or skip the beach!), relax with a glass of wine or cold beer on the ocean facing screened-in balcony with plenty of comfortable seating. The king bed provides plenty of space and comfort. Effortlessly, store all your luggage and clothing in the large walk-in closet. Full bathroom offers a walk-in glass shower and single vanity.

Stay connected and stream your favorite apps with high speed wifi internet. TV is located in the living room.

Nice apartment with nice view

Apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Nice view of the gulf. Only down side was some traffic noise. Construction still going on as they recover from Hurricane Ian but it wasn’t disruptive. Was hoping the pool would be open by the time of our visit but it wasn't. Looks like they are slowly recovering and this location will be beautiful again.
