Home offers an open floor plan, private office, eat-in-kitchen area with separate dining room and large family room. Double sliding doors lead to a relaxing screened lanai featuring a private oversized heated pool, Jacuzzi, and new grill with covered TV viewing area. The home also boasts a kid-friendly space perfect for gaming, exercise, or TV viewing, as well as an expanded circular driveway, and private, well landscaped grounds with various fruit trees. It is located in an upscale neighborhood within walking distance of Coconut Point Mall shopping and restaurants. Both full bathrooms feature double vanities, and the master en suite has a large walk-in shower. This location is close to both Ft. Myers and Naples beaches. Rental per month. Water, electric, and WiFi are included.
