Beautifully decorated 2 nd floor condo in Bonita Fairways, everything you need to feel at home. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. TV and Wi-Fi included. Bonita Fairways features a resort style clubhouse and 3 community pools, tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board and a 3400-yard par61, 18 hole golf course designed by Gordon Lewis. The clubhouse has a large workout center, pool table, ping pong table and library.
HOA approval needed 30 days prior to booking. Fees for application is $150.00 separate from booking.
Minimum day rental is 30 days due to HOA policies. Application needs to be in 30 days prior to arrival to be approved by HOA.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player.
