Steps to Bonita Beach, beautiful sunsets from the Lanai, 2024 remodel. New appliances inc washer and dryer. Corner unit with 180 degree view of the beach. Pool being refreshed as a result of recent hurricane, may not be available until Spring.

Great View - Friendly Neighbors

We were the first occupants after a very nice renewal. The owner was very helpful and responsive to questions regarding the few minor things we encountered as the first long term residents. Great view and we were able to see the beginning of the beach replenishment just before we left. Quite a process.
