Very nice location and comfortable beds. Pool was nice and big and we enjoyed the outdoor space. We were disappointed that the hot tub didn’t work and the house needed some maintenance, but it worked well for our family for the week.

Refrigerators took a long time to get drinks cold. Pool was the temperature a hot tub should be, the hot tub was the temperature the pool should be. Main living area in kitchen was the hottest part of the house. Rooms to sleep were the coldest.

The location was perfect, the pool and hot tub were great. Kids loved swimming. The house badly needs some deferred maintenance/ beds in bad shape in Mstr bdrm/ trundle /day bed broken not useable- no bedding / king bed in mstr base was broken. Kitchen was unorganized/ dishwasher was not bolted to cabinet floor or counter. It worked but was totally loose. Our family enjoyed the game room and extra TV’s .

Bonita Springs

It was a short trip to a beautiful beach, which was great! The private screened in pool was a hit for the grandkids. The refrigerator was not cool enough to keep milk in it for the kids. One of the legs on the pool table was broken. The house says it sleeps 19, but it didn’t sleep even 12 of us. The neighbor was like a male Karen at times and glared at us a lot. The ceiling fans didn’t work in most of the rooms, and the futon downstairs was ripped and broken. The garage door leading to the game room had big gaps from not being sealed, and bugs were getting in. When we first arrived, it was hot on the main level, but we did contact the project manager, and they had it fixed right away, which was great! There was not enough kitchen utensils for us to cook our dinners, we had to buy a can opener. There is lots more, but I do not have time to list them. Although we had a great time at the beaches, the house was not worth eight grand for eight days.

Great Location

5 night stay with 7 adults, 6 children ages 4-11. Lighted pool, and game room was a big hit with the kids. Spacious and clean home. Great location near the beach. A fewissues were addressed by the owner and overall we enjoyed our stay!owner owner

Nice place for big group

This was a lovely place that slept 17 comfortably. 20 may be a little too much but we used the couches. There are four bedrooms. This is great for families or adults/kids who dont mind sleeping in same room. Large living space and nice big pool. Communication with host was excellent.

The property was listed as sleeping 18, that was a big stretch. Cleaners didn't leave out any extra bedding. There were no pot holders, dish towels, rubber spatula's, garbage bags and very few wash clothes but plenty of towels. The bathrooms were spotless, the kitchen cabinets were totally disorganized, a mess. the rug/mat on deck was disintegrating, should have been in the garbage, there were loose boards on the deck. The location was great, close to everything. but the house could have used some better maintenance and repairs. Host was good at reponding! Our family had a wonderful time!

The house was conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable and clean accommodations with a well stocked kitchen. Pool and hot tub were great. Owners responded very quickly with questions and when we needed something it was delivered promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent for Two Families with Kids

The home was perfect for our two families visiting with four children between 2 and 6 years old, with more than enough space and sleeping arrangement options for everyone to be happy and comfortable. The home was clean, safe, and well-appointed with plenty of beach towels, bath towels, linens, and pool toys to enjoy. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the game room, which is in great shape like the rest of the house. The home is convenient to the beach and all of Bonita Springs. The owners were helpful and communicative from the time we booked. They promptly and thoughtfully answered a few questions we had. They clearly care about making the visit easy and comfortable for their guests. I highly recommend the home and the owners. Both families hope to visit again soon!
