This lovely beach inspired home has been furnished and decorated to provide a calming beach island oasis retreat near Bonita Springs Beach! It's just a short 2 min drive to our white sandy beaches, beachfront restaurants, boat rentals. You can also sit back and enjoy the heated, screened in pool and hot tub, tiki bar or the game room that was created for those sports fans. It is equipped with 2 huge TVs, pool table, foosball and 2 arcade gaming systems. We can comfortably sleep up to 20 guests! The spacious layout includes; Master Bedroom Suite with en-suite bathroom featuring a King Bed and Trundle with a pull out, Queen Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds, Bunk Room with a set of Twin over full bunk and Queen Platform Bed, another Bunk room with a set of Twin over Full Bunks and a Queen Bed, Sleeper Sofa in the living room, and a futon. We feature an immense front porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee, amazing poolside deck with BBQ Grill, pool/beach toys/sun deck.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed. Housekeeping is available on request.
