The space
HOME AMENITIES
- Great local coffee to enjoy the early morning sunlight filling the house while lounging in the cozy living room reading chairs.
- Play music through the Sonos speak system throughout any and all of the rooms of the house, including pool lanai and garage gym.
- Pick up and admire any of the many books, artworks, novelties and knick-knacks that give the home its clever personality.
- Enjoy cooking in the spacious and open kitchen with all the necessary equipment, spices, and condiments included. The large TV in the living room is wall-mounted and can be easily swiveled to catch the perfect view of the game or movie from the kitchen.
- Workout in the ever-expanding garage gym. Currently including a treadmill with incline & decline, dumbbell free weights, 4 kettle bells (25 - 60lbs), power rack with pull-up bar and adjustable bench press, plates from 45lbs to 2.5lbs, reverse hyper machine, bike trainer with Zwift cycling subscription TRX bands, Iron Neck, workout bands of various tensions & Dopamino bands, jump rope, bosu ball, exercise ball, weighted exercise ball, weight scale, large martial arts mat, and yoga mats.
- Get steamy in either the large master or second bath, where both include marbled walls and new rainfall showers.
- Soak in the sun from the reclining lounge chairs while checking out the large family of turtles and cranes hanging in and around the backyard lake. Small mouth bass ready to be caught in the lake, too.
- Fire up the Kamado Joe grill (the "egg-shaped" ones, charcoal and lighting equipment included) and serve the family around the comfortable outdoor dining table with plenty of seating options.
- Enjoy the views in your own sunset-facing, private, and heated pool & hot tub.
- Cozy up in bed and fall asleep to a movie from one of the many included streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, etc) and cable.

BEACHES: Barefoot Beach and Vanderbilt Beach (2 mi/5 min). Fort Myers Beach (14 mi/20 min). Naples pier and beaches downtown (15 mi/25 min).
