Just 3 km from the port of Bonifacio, l'Arbevhio, a completely renovated residence set in one hectare of parkland with a huge 14x7 metre swimming pool, awaits you in summer and winter alike.

Designed for large families and tribes of friends, the layout is refined and functional (2 ovens, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 Nespresso machines, etc.). Large canopied terraces are the perfect finishing touch, allowing you to live totally outdoors all summer long.

The bedrooms - all air-conditioned - are spacious (min. 14m²) and quiet, with outside access for each. All the beds are 90x200cm, so a couple's bed is 180x200cm (all separable). Linen and cleaning included in the price.

The swimming pool has closed gates and a roller shutter, as well as a pool house, a jet de nage, a paddling pool & an aperitif area in the water.

Rental of the villa is accompanied by hotel-like services: personalized welcome by a concierge, regular cleaning during the week, mid-week change of towels and breakfast to be ordered as an option.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 7 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 7 bedrooms and a dining area. Spacious but unconfortable villa with terrible concierge !

Villa near Bonifaccio but with the Summer trafic you spend about one hour per day to go back and forth to the best beaches (Ciprianu, Rondinara ...) The villa is spacious has a large garden and large pool. However only one room had a private toilet, i.e. 13 persons, from our party of 15, had to share 3 toilets !!! The bedrooms are small for the suposed standard/price of the house. The kitchen is large and well equiped. The large TV room had no sofas or chairs !!! We had to watch TV lying on unconfortable cushions. The pool was large but no one took care of it for a week, so it got greener and greener everyday on malfunctioning and high season's heat. Finnally we were forced to either make part of the final cleaning (breakfast dish clean, make-up beds, transport dustbin ) or pay an extra fee which we had to ! We had a great time because our 7 grandsons loved to whole experience, and the Family was together. But no good value for your money ! (suggest urgent change of the conciergerie)

Magnifique villa, spacieuse et confortable

Très beau séjour à l'Arbevhio avec toute notre tribu. Les chambres sont très agréables, les sanitaires propres et bien agencées. Chacun a son intimité sans déranger l'autre. Les espaces communs : salons, cuisine, terrasse sont très agréables à vivre, de nombreux canapés, coins cosy, une cuisine très bien équipée. Et la piscine.... tellement belle, grande, l'eau chaude (location en automne), les enfants ont adoré. Super moment pour nous tous.
