Charming rental located in the Corsican maquis, on a very quiet 1 hectare property 1km from Bonifacio and 5 minutes from the first beaches. Beautiful Bonifacian stone building with a large terrace including a barbecue ideal for lazing around. At the foot of the house is the parking space and a small garden area. The house consists of two floors, on the ground floor is the bathroom as well as two bedrooms, upstairs the American kitchen equipped with dining room and its terrace.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Maison conforme aux photos. Manque des équipements de base: Cafetière sans capsules au moins pour notre arrivée. Chambres humides. Accès chaotique. Rideau de douche sale. Equipements de la cuisine insuffisants et vétustes. Pas de bouilloire. Peu de considération pour de la par de l'hote. Dommage

bel extérieur mais intérieur sommaire

Deux points sont réellement positifs : La propriétaire est très agréable et la bâtisse est très belle extérieurement. En revanche, à l'intérieur... La propreté laisse à désirer, notamment les 2 éponges laissées sur place qui devaient avoir 100 ans d'âge ! Nous avons du faire nos lits en arrivant, les équipements sont insuffisants (une seule poêle, 2 casseroles, peu de couverts, etc.). Nous ne sommes restés que 3 jours et nous avon,s trouvé cela suffisant.

Location correcte proche de Bonifacio

Location proche de Bonifacio mais très isolée. Chemin d’accès très compliqué où il faut faire très attention quand on croise une voiture. La location est très jolie extérieurement avec beaucoup de charme mais l’intérieur laisse un peu à désirer, l’escalier est très raide, les pièces ne sont pas très bien agencées, la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement. On capte rien du tout , pas de réseau 4G et la télé beugue. Je pense que les propriétaires ont un gros potentiel avec leur terrain et cet endroit pourrait être formidable avec un peu d’entretien au niveau du jardin , surtout l’entrée qui est plein de trou ( attention au pare-chocs de la voiture quand on arrive ) et au niveau de l’équipement de la maison. La propriétaire est très gentille et réactive par rapport aux demandes. Il y a trois chiens adorables. La location est pour moi trop cher par rapport aux prestations mises à disposition. Une piscine commune serait vraiment un plus. Nous avons passé un bon séjour sur Bonifacio mais je reste un peu déçu de la location surtout pour le prix.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison rustique située à l'entrée de Bonifacio, ville magnifique avec son port de plaisance et sa citadelle. Une grande terrasse et son barbecue en pierres au rez de chaussée permet de manger à l’ombre des arbres le midi. La seconde terrasse au 1er étage est idéalement située pour le petit-déjeuner . Petit bémol; l’agencement de la maison fait qu’il faut traverser une chambre pour se rendre à la salle de bain et aux toilettes ; ce qui est peu pratique.

Einmal in einem echten korsischen Steinhaus leben, naturnah, ohne Touristenrummel und doch nah an Bonifacio- dafür ist dieses Ferienhaus wie geschaffen. Umgeben von Bäumen, hauptsächlich Oliven, die den Blick auf die Nachbargrundstücke verdecken, bieten die einfachen Räumlichkeiten alles, was man braucht. Wir hätten uns Fliegengitter gewünscht und hellere Glühbirnen. Den Gecko im Schlafzimmer sind wir sonst nicht gewohnt, auch ist die steile Treppe zur Küche ins 1. OG ohne Festhalten nur mit Übung zu bewältigen, aber die Ruhe und Naturnähe machen dies wett. Das Haus wurde etwa 1990 auf Ruinen wieder aufgebaut, erzählte uns die Vermieterin. Sie war sehr freundlich und hat geduldig gewartet, da wir anhand der Wegbeschreibung den Abzweig nicht so schnell fanden, ab dem sie uns zum Haus voranfuhr. Am einfachsten findet man den Abzweig Padurella, wenn man von Bonifacio Mitte aus die T10 Richtung Bastia fährt (zuvor gibt es eine Straße nach links auf die T40, dann geht es bei den Mülltonnen rechts zum Weg Richtung Padurella).

la casa è dislocata in un posto gradevole, circondata da un verde bosco.

la casa ha due terrazzi molto belli,sul terrazzo della cucina abbiamo fatto delle magnifiche colazioni, una cosa un pò negativa è la scarsa attenzione ai particolari della casa, ci sarebbe anche bisogno di mettere un pò più di accessori per la cucina. la zona è perfetta per escursioni intorno a bonifacio. Nel complesso abbiamo passato una bella vacanza.Ultima cosa, per trovare la casa è stato un pò complicato, sarebbe necessario mettere delle indicazioni migliori, visto che si trova all'interno di un dedalo di innummerevoli stradine.
