Clean rooms, Harsh reception.

The hotel is very clean and so were the rooms. The rooms themselves were very spacious and comfortable. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel which was convenient. The breakfast was disappointing and a very limited selection. Almost all the food was sweets/desserts, with the croissants and milk being the "healthy" option. There are no hot foods available for breakfast only biscuits/cookies and pancakes. Most of the staff were polite and the cleaning woman especially was very nice. However, the reception woman was very rude and dismissive (couldnt care less if you wanted to stay at the hotel or not). She had a very short temper and would sigh and huff at the most basic requests (asked for a pen). An issue occurred when I was having breakfast and I forgot my mask in the room (it is allowed to sit and eat without a mask but cannot walk around the hotel). I apologised and explained I will finish my food and then go back to my room to get it, she started shouting in Italian (this was after we had been speaking in English and she knows I cant speak Italian) and was making a scene in the breakfast room. All in all my encounter with her from the moment I checked in to this incident drastically dropped my opinion of the entire stay.
