Excelente estadía.

El departamento es muy cómodo con salida directa a la playa, su mayor beneficio. Las habitaciones baños y cocina comedor son cómodos. Un detalle los baños no cuentan con bidet o lavabos sería bueno puedan sumarse lo.

O imóvel é ótimo bem localizado, porém como é um condomínio nem todos seguem as regras. E pelo valor cobrado os materiais e utensílios do imóvel teriam que ser de melhor qualidade. No mais o imóvel é bom pé na arreia o mar é ótimo na região.

Não há outra palavra para descrever os dias em que passamos hospedados na casa 06. Aconchegante, completa, no tamanho exato que precisávamos. Ao chegar, a Ellen deixou o imóvel impecável. Cheiro de novo eu diria. A proximidade da praia, fez com que nossos dias fossem muito bem aproveitados. Esperamos em breve voltar e já temos uma excelente opção para nos hospedarmos. Recomendo.

Casa e lugar super bom

A casa e o local nós amamos, apesar de conhecer e por isso buscar casas naquela praia, a única coisa que acho que falta salientar na locação, que pra mim tbm foi a 1 vez, a casa a água e de poço, então sai amarela e compramos água para beber e cozinhar, e nos outros locais que fiquei não sei se era da rua ou poço mais a água sai clarinha, igual a da minha casa... Então só acho que o legal seria indicar isso em destaque que a água e de poço.... Mais de resto a casa eu super recomendo a TDS, e ainda mais por ter a Ellen a moça que nos recebeu... Muito educada e cordial e pronto para ajudar no que precisar.... férias maravilhosas até 2021....

casa ideal para vacaciones en familia con salida directa a la playa. A pocas cuadras del centro comercial, lo que hace que el lugar sea tranquilo, cochera propia y equipada con lo necesario para disfrutar las vacaciones.

Férias nota 10

A casa é bem conservada, confortável e equipada, não falta nada para uma boa estadia, incluindo cadeiras de praia e guarda-sol. As fotos do site são fiéis às instalações. A praia de Mariscal é excelente, a mais limpa de SC, areia branca e fina, ondas suaves. Lugar excelente para férias de famílias com filhos pequenos que buscam local tranquilo. Há supermercados, restaurantes, padaria e farmácia perto do imóvel. A Thaisa, que administra a casa, é uma pessoa muito atenciosa e competente. O trajeto da BR 101 até Canto Grande, cerca de 22 km, é um pouco moroso, entretanto, por outro lado isso é positivo, pois reduz a quantidade de banhistas que frequentam aquela praia. Sempre viajamos para locais diferentes, mas gostamos tanto de lá que, com certeza voltaremos.
