O quarto bom, equipe prestativa. local muito bom bem próximo ao santuário excelente. Mas tem muitos quartos lá que não tem nem armário para guardar duas roupas ver isso com rapidez, dedetizar também porque tem baratinhas a noite. Mas café da manhã muito bom!!!

Localização muito boa, porém tem problema pra estacionar. Café da manhã ótimo. Quarto que fiquei não tem cabeceira na cama, então quem sofre com isso, precisa atentar!

A Vista para a gruta é perfeita! O ar-condicionado desligou sozinho e não resfriou o suficiente e o calor era absurdo. Uma das janelas do quarto estava com defeito. Não há interruptores individuais na varanda, portanto, o quarto continua sendo iluminado durante toda a noite, dificultando um sono saudável. Havia baratas de geladeira nos alimentos do café da manhã

Ótimo atendimento e localização.

Sem dúvidas é um ótimo hotel para se hospedar em Bom Jesus da Lapa. A localização é ótima, muito próximo do principal ponto turístico que é o Santuário, Limpeza estava muito boa e café da manhã gostoso. Funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. Com certeza voltaríamos em uma próxima estadia.
