Alessandra was a warm and welcoming host via WhatsApp. The apartment is in a very old building but has been completely modernized, yet has kept some character with old beams on the ceiling. We had everything we needed and were comfortable there. Great location in the historic center. A couple of things to be aware of: 1. Parking. The closest parking up the hill 5 minutes is very expensive and the manager there told me they do not offer daily or weekly rates. Park there first. Then walk your bags straight downhill to the apartment as it's in a pedestrian only zone. Then move the car to the Walther Piazza parking garage under the big square. Much cheaper and convenient, just not close enough for moving luggage. Check out Bmove for ticketless parking and discount at Walther. 2. Stairs going up to the unit are very narrow and steep. I counted 16. 3. There is no view except of the roof next door, unless you stand at the far end of the balcony and lean out. Balcony gets no breeze. Having said these last 3 things, we were very happy with our stay and Alessandra as our host. Location is perfect. Check out Papin right by the river trail for bike rental.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage in der Altstadt

Pros: Die Wohnung entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und bietet 2 Personen einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Der Check-in hat super geklappt, wenn man eine Frage hat, erhält man kurzfristig von Alessandra per WhatsApp Unterstützung. In wenigen Minuten ist man mitten im Zentrum von Bozen. Trotz der Lage ist es sehr ruhig! Nachts läuten die Kirchenglocken nicht😊Sehr gute Ausstattung.
