You will be able to enjoy private and exclusive use of our apartment, complete with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and lounge. All the amenities and comfort you might require for your stay! Within our house, but behind its own door, ensuring your total privacy and space. All our guests have found the apartment very spacious, modern and comfortable, whether staying for a few days to relax, on business, or maybe as a base for enjoying nearby events such as concerts, football matches, or all that Manchester has to offer, given our close links to Manchester via train. Note, we don’t charge a cleaning fee, as we do all the cleaning within the family, however you can rest assured that the apartment will be spotlessly clean upon arrival, as our other guests have found. Additionally, all bedding items and towels are changed between guests so again you can rest assured of a comfortable stay.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Amazing stay 5*

Fantastic stay with Barry, Barry was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and showed us everything we needed. The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. The property is not far from the train station and is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you so much To Barry and his family for being so welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay

Our happy stay

The property is a wonderful little find. The hosts are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is spotlessly clean and lots of little treats in both the kitchen and bathroom. Barry was extremely responsive to our emails prior to our visit. We were unfortunately delayed on transport when visiting Manchester. The hosts made sure we were safe and were very accommodating to our late arrival. We cannot thank them enough. The railways station is a short walk away and only a short journey into Manchester. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an apartment on the outskirts of Manchester. If visiting in the area again we will be back if the apartment is available.
