The “Residenz Haffblick” apartment complex is located near the beach, in a quiet area, and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only about 180 meters away. Cafés, restaurants, the spa park, and the pier—which extends 290 meters into the Baltic Sea—are also within walking distance. A sauna area and a fitness room with showers and changing rooms round out the wellness experience.

The apartment is located on the first floor. The wonderful cafés “Chocohelden Boltenhagen” and “Pralinchen & Co” are right next door, and there’s a bakery just a few meters away for fresh rolls in the morning. In addition, various shops, pharmacies, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity are within easy reach. Larger supermarkets are located at the town entrance and are also 2 to 3 kilometers away.

A parking space is also available for you in the “Residenz Haffblick” private parking lot on the premises.

We can provide towels and bed linens upon request for a fee.

A great and very centrally located ground-floor vacation apartment for up to 3 people (adults). The beautiful beach and the pier are just a few minutes’ walk away. Nevertheless, the apartment is quietly situated on a dead-end street. Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and more are all right in the neighborhood.

The building also features a well-equipped communal fitness room (free of charge) as well as a spa area (partly coin-operated) with a sauna, infrared cabin, steam room, and relaxation room. Otherwise, the apartment features 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a small entryway, a bathroom with a shower stall, a large dining and living area with a modern built-in kitchen, an extendable dining table, a comfortable sleeper sofa, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a terrace with outdoor furniture.

Wir sind in die Wohnung gekommen und es hat nach ranzigen Fett gerochen. Die Küche war sehr unsauber, das Ceranfeld war verpekt bis zum geht nicht mehr, sehr unappetitlich. Die Kaffeemaschine war verkalkt und sehr unsauber, nicht zu benutzen. Die Steckdosen über dem Herd sind total verdreckt. Dosenöffner kaputt. In der Küche fehlt Licht. Die Wohnung war insgesamt schlecht gereinigt. Den Besen konnte man vor lauter Staub und Dreck nicht erkennen. Im Bad ist der Wasserhahn verkalkt und spritzt in alle Richtungen. Das Bad benötigt eine Auffrischung. In diesem Zustand ist die Wohnung nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Nur die Lage der Wohnung war super.

Die Bilder waren vielversprechend, leider nicht ganz realistisch.In der Dusche war schwarzer Schimmel sehr deutlich zu erkennen (mit Kind wirklich uncool). Ein Haar klebte zudem noch an einer Fließe. Leider kam uns bei Ankunft ein Urin Geruch aus dem Bad entgegen, weshalb wir gezwungen waren Raumduft zu kaufen. Die Steckdosen in der Küche waren sehr vergilbt und Dunstabzugshaube war zudem sehr fettig. Die Eingangstür klemmt ziemlich. Man braucht Geduld diese zu Öffnen.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, geräumig, Zentrumsnähe und trotzdem ruhig. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Dusche, das warme Wasser hat gerade so für eine Person gereicht, mit Haare waschen würde es schon knapp.

Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt schön zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig, so wie es versprochen war. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sehr hoher Einstieg in die Dusche, ist für ältere Menschen mit Handicap nicht empfehlenswert. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, ein Plinswender wäre gut.Die Dunstabzugshaube war ganz schön fettig.

Tolle Wohnung

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist cool, eine sehr gute Idee. Die Betten sind perfekt, nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Unten im Keller die Sauna kostet Geld. Und zwar in Euro Stücken, das wäre schön zu erwähnen, dann kann man welche sammeln. Haben wir also nicht genutzt. Gerne wieder. Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung. Vor allem super zentral.

Wir haben Ostern 2025 in Boltenhagen verbracht und uns in der schönen, ruhigen Wohnung rundum wohlgefühlt. Die zentrale Lage war ideal – alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Perfekt für eine entspannte Auszeit an der Ostsee.

Bis auf wenige nötige Kleinreparaturen ein gutes Appartement. Inhaber ist, wenn nötig, persönlich erreichbar. Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Die Sauna im Keller sehr schön zu nutzen. Am Samstag noch defekt, Montag repariert. Super

Super schöne Wohnung

Die Lage ist toll, direkt an der Ostsee, in einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Es gibt alles was das Herz benötigt, unter anderem ein Fitnessraum und herzliche Mitbewohner im Haus. Immer wieder gerne, sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne, gut geschnittene Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet (es gab sogar noch Kaffeepulver!) und mit seperatem Schlafzimmer auch toll geschnitten. Die Lage ist sowohl zum Strand als auch zu Supermärkten ect optimal und auch die Steilküste lässt sich von dort toll erreichen. Der Check in war perfekt, da ich nicht erst den Schlüssel irgendwo abholen musste, sondern er direkt vor Ort geholt werden kann. Auch die Wäsche wurde mir in die Wohnung geliefert, sehr bequem. Die einzigen Verbesserungsvorschläge meinerseits wären: neue Armatur in der Dusche und Bluetooth fähige Anlage ;) aber das sind Peanuts! 10/10

Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut geschnitten und eingerichtet. Lage ist optimal, nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
