Ostmentalität nervt vs. West Gewinnlerei
Der Ort an sich ist toll, die Lage der Ferienwohnung okay, tatsächliche Strandnähe und wunderbare Ruhe. Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist schön, aber der Eigentümer will nur verdienen, ohne etwas zu investieren. Matratze kaputt, Wachstuchtischdecke defekt, Sofa durchgesessen, Boxspringbett durchgelegen, Backofen dreckig, Fenster so verschmutzt, dass man kaum erkennt, ob die Sonne scheint oder Regen kommt, kein Briefkastenschlüssel- Post und Zeitung nachsenden lassen, passè. Garage niedrig und Parkplatz eng, da der Nachbar 3 Motorräder und einen SUV einstellt. Auf dem Außenparkplatz, sichtbar vom Balkon, parken über Tage Campingmobile, die tatsächlich nicht nur abgestellt, sondern bewohnt werden.
Vermietung empfängt einen gleich mit der Ansage, auch wenn Endreinigung gebucht ist, erwarten wir die Wohnung besenrein zu übernehmen. Am Abreisetag kommt jemand, mit dem man dann die Wohnung nach strengem Kontrollgang verlassen muss. Bei Kritik wird man am Ende nicht einmal mehr verabschiedet, weil die Laune des Mitarbeitenden deutlich signalisiert, man nerve.
Diese Grundstimmung vermitteln leider auch viele Gastronome und Einkaufsläden, dass man als Tourist unwillkommen sei und eher ein Übel, denn eine Freude, Naja, schade, immerhin ist man ja mit froher Erwartung angereist. Es ist und bleibt die Ostmentalität bei den Einheimischen, die denken, man bitte darum, die Ostsee besuchen zu dürfen. Die potenten Eigentümer hingegen verdienen gern an einem, ohne etwas investieren zu wollen.
