Die Lage ist echt toll. Die Wohnung ist gut und wertig ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist schwer zu lüften, da kein Durchzug entsteht. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist für größere Autos ungeeignet. Wir mussten au öffentliche Parkplätze ausweichen. Für gehbehinderte Personen zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Was uns sehr störte, war der der starke Rauchgeruch im Vorflur zur Wohnung. Man musste echt die Luft anhalten weil es so stark war. Zum Glück ist nichts davon in die Wohnung gezogen. Was mann bedenken sollte für den Sommer, es wird sicherlich sehr warm in dem Zimmer unter dem Dach. Für uns war es jetzt sehr angenehm im Frühling. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.
