Tolle Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir waren hier Ende April. Da die Wohnung unter dem Dach liegt, ist zu vermuten, dass sie bei Sommerhitze seeehr warm wird. Wohnung sehr sauber, bei der Ausstattung fehlte es uns an nichts, zumal Ferienverwaltung eine Erstausrüstung Müllbeutel, Spülmittel usw. mitgibt. Wer -wie ich- etwas älter ist und Schlafkomfort benötigt, sollte -wie ich :-)- sein eigenes Kopfkissen mitbringen. Fliegengitter ist nur an der Balkontür, nicht im Schlafzimmer. Der kleine Balkon ist toll, aber für zwei stämmige Personen könnte er zu klein sein. Aber grundsätzlich habe ich die Buchung keinen Moment bedauert.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Der vorhandene Fahrradkeller ist für die Wohnanlage viel, viel zu klein(5-6 Fahrräder) und praktisch nicht nutzbar. Ein abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen wäre wünschenswert.

In der gemütlich und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung kann man sich wohl fühlen. Am allerschönsten war der Ausblick vom Balkon aber auch direkt am Eßplatz konnte man über die ganze Bucht blicken. Einfach herrlich dieser Ausblick! Zu beachten ist, dass die Wohnung eine Dachgeschoss-Wohnung ist und man 45 Stufen hoch steigen muss.
