Lage und Umgebung

Die Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral. Man hat nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand 🏖 und die Gastronomie ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung im 1. OG liegt mit Südausrichtung und so hast du am tage voll die Sonne auf dem Balko..

Die Wohnung im 1. OG liegt mit Südausrichtung und so hast du am tage voll die Sonne auf dem Balkon. Da du aber am Strand liegst, kannst du abends noch deine Handtücher auf dem Balkon trocknen. Die Küche hat einen Backofen. Das Geschirrinventar bedarf mal einer Inspektion, um die teilweise angeschlagenen Sammlerstücke zu entsorgen, aber alles (Töpfe, Pannen, Tassen) war reichlich da Die Matrazen oder Lattenrosten könnten härter sein. Die Sonnenrolos sind sehr praktisch, aber auch in die Jahr gekommen. Garagenpackplatz direkt geradeaus an der Wand, eine sehr schöne große Dusche (neuwertig) und eine Eckcouch zum abdens rumlümmeln sind okay.
