Directly on the 5km long Baltic Sea beach is the holiday home "Schwarzer Bär" with a total of eight apartments.  Most of the apartments have a balcony with sea view. The comfortable and individually furnished apartments with different living areas from 41 sqm to 70 sqm offer up to 4 people a good equipment. Your holiday begins immediately with your arrival because the beds are already as a free included service and towels are also available. Guests wishing to travel with their dog are welcome in some of the holiday apartments located on the nature promenade. Only about 30 meters from the beautiful sandy beach, the quiet, yet centrally located Domizil offers a comfortable holiday. The dog beach is located in about 800m.

Surrounded by nature with a view of the Baltic Sea, you live in a unique location. For up to 4 people, this beautiful duplex apartment on a floor space of 70sqm offers a nicely furnished living area with access to the balcony, a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV and radio. On the same level is a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe as well as seating. In the upper part of the apartment is the second bedroom with 2 single beds and shower room with daylight window and a separate, well-equipped kitchen with 4-plate stove, oven, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dining area. Upon arrival, the beds are already made and towels are ready. This offer is a non-smoking and pet-free holiday apartment. A parking space is available free of charge.  On request, bread rolls, newspapers, etc. are delivered daily to the front door. Within walking distance you can reach shopping facilities as well as all amenities of the seaside resort. Welcome to the house Schwarzer Bär in Boltenhagen.

Super Lage!

Unterkunft hatte eine super Lage gute Aufteilung der Zimmer und großzügige Schlafräume. Leider war die Sauberkeit der Wohnung nicht akzeptabel. Der Teppichboden voller Flecken. Die Sitzauflagen, sowie die Sessel auch voller Flecken und von Schweiß verfärbt. Im Badezimmer verkalkte schmutzige Armaturen, das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab, die Duschwanne an den Türen total verdreckt, die Dichtung verschimmelt. Die Toilette sowie der WC-Sitz gelblich verfärbt. Die Heizkörper im gesamten Objekt, verrostet. Haben aber gut funktioniert. Keine Abstellmöglichkeiten in Badezimmer für Kosmetikartikel. Schlafzimmer oben, keine Möglichkeiten Kleidung unterzubringen, da die 2 kleinen Schubladen an den winzigen Schrank sich nicht öffnen ließen. Auch keine Sitzmöglichkeiten und keine Nachtischlampen in den oberen Schlafzimmer. Positiv: Saubere Bettwäsche Handtücher. Saubere Küche und das Geschirr. Von Seiten der Agentur bei Schlüssel-Abgabe keine Nachfrage, ob alles in Ordnung war und ob wir zufrieden waren!!!
