Nice studio with terrace, a few steps away from the Two Towers and the main attractions of Bologna historic center.



The apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator. The entrance opens onto the kitchen, small yet equipped with all amenities, including a dishwasher, a microwave and a kettle. Once past the kitchen, there is the living area, furnished with a queen-size bed, a dining table and a dresser with a TV on top. The room is very bright thanks to the two French-windows which give access to the terrace. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.



*Please be informed that the city center is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Great location near Piazza Maggiore and lots of restaurants. Ares was punctual and gave lots of great recommendations, and they were responsive to any questions I had on WhatsApp. The room is at the top floor and there is no elevator in case you are bringing bigger luggage. It had a lovely balcony, small kitchen unit and a laundry machine. Overall just right for what we needed for a short stay in Bologna.
