Good flat in Bologna

The flat is really great, big, bright, open. The owner was pretty good, helped us when we needed that and gave us restaurants and bar recommendations around the city. The only problem for us was the fact that there is no air conditioning as mentioned in the website. It was August and the flat was really warm.
