If you want to sleep, do not come here, rooms are close to the street and there is always a mess on the street. Rooms are fine, it's just does not make sense not to be able to sleep in an hotel right?

The room and bathroom were rather small but clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast is basic and good and it is in the basement which is not really inviting. There were only a few tv channels and they were all Italian, but that did not bother us. Nice neighborhood which is not noisy during the night.

I made reservation for both - hotel and the garage. We arrived late at night, asked for garage and very surprised guy at the reception said he doesn't know anything about it - it was other guy who promised reservation and he is on holiday! SO? General opinion is that they are not very organized, breakfast is very, very basic, nothing much, not even real Italian coffee, but something that came out of the machine that only looked like coffee... The room was not big enough for family, bathroom wasn't perfectly clean... It served its purpose - but I would never book this hotel again.

I spent two nights here while in Bologna. It's a good option when you're on a budget. My room was quite spacious and clean, and the bed comfortable. Staff were nice. Location is good - close to the university area and the center of the city, and about a 15-20 minute walk to the train station. Lots of restaurants/shops/bars nearby. Area is quiet at night which was nice. Breakfast was fine as well.

Don't expect anything extraordinary the but hotel is good value for money. Helpful staff, very decent breakfast. Main touristic attractions can be reached in 5-10 minutes, lots of great cafes and bars around.

I spent a weekend here with a couple of friends. The staff was very polite and always willing to help. The location is pretty good since the hotel it's very close to the city center. If you walk you will reach the main street (where most oh the shops are) in 10 minutes. The breakfast is not that good... the "restaurant" is small and basically underground. No windows at all. A little sad as first thing to see in the morning. The rooms are just fine but absolutely not soundproof. Good Hotel overall.

Comfortable hotel close to the university and the centre at a very reasonable price. It's a nice and quiet place to stay while in bologna. Do visit the nearby piazza Giuseppe verdi, buy a beer from the street seller's and sit amoung the crowd playing Frisbee, playing music, singing, hula hooping until the early hours.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for travelers. The hotel has the basic amenities and provides good service. It is pretty good for what its worth. The quality of the bedding can be improved somewhat. I have stayed here many times due to its convenient location and services. Free wifi and breakfast.

The best thing with this hotel is the location, quite near to the all university buildings and also near to the city centre. The rooms are quite cosy, with small bathroom. The breafast is served in room that look like a basement but no much of the space for more of five people in the same time.

Wi-Fi is free and more than decent. Staff is very kind. Parking is possible, at the adjacent hotel Accademia for 15€. Bed is comfortable enough. Shower works, although the bathroom is very plain and basic.
