Hotel Roma was fantastic! The room was nice and the location was even better. Plenty to do within walking distance. The staff were helpful with getting a taxi and the restaurant for lunch was very good. The included breakfast was much more than we expected based on the typical American hotel and the staff for breakfast were very helpful and courteous. We would recommend Hotel Roma highly.

Really nice hotel in the perfect location. Only thing to note with being in the center of everything it was somewhat loud at night both with people on the streets and guests returning to their rooms late. This is the compromise of being in the hearth of the city. I would stay again.

Overall, this is a nice hotel. It’s clean, has a good location, and the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety each morning. That said, it feels more like a solid 3-star hotel than a 4-star property. The biggest drawback is the decor and furnishings, which feel quite dated. The style reminded me of a budget version of 1990s Tuscan-inspired decor, and some of the furniture and beds could use updating. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with a convenient location, but I think the hotel would benefit from a renovation to better match its 4-star rating.
