Great hotel, walkable to the old town. Parking was a plus. I wish breakfast was included, but I liked that they had slippers, razor, and toothbrush aside from the other typical toiletries.

Blooming in Bologna.

Upon check-in, we immediately liked this cozy, small hotel. Idrissa was very welcoming and friendly. He helped with bus directions (only 15 minutes to city center) allowing me to leave our car behind. This small service made all the difference as we didn't become lost when getting back to our room at night. The breakfast was superb with many choices including quiche! Made-to-order cappuccino and expresso were tasty. I highly recommend Hotel Blumen for its value and proximity to most places worth seeing on the local map. We hope to return there again one day. Merci beaucoup to Idrissa for being an excellent hotelier.

Good hotel but grossly over-priced

Ideal for an overnight before a flight. Nice hotel, own carpark, walking distance of lovely central historical area of Bologna. But the price is outrageous for a fairly basic level of facilities, no particular character to the building or area, no views. Good staff, very helpful. We stayed in a far better hotel in Spoleto with an incredible view and same distance from a historic area of town for 1/3 of the price per night.

all good - helpful staff, good breakfast and a clean functional room. Not in the centre of town but there's a good restaurant nearby and for an overnight stay this hotel was fine. Overall good value too.

Ho apprezzato moltissimo il materasso! In genere li trovo troppo morbidi ma questo era fantastico! Sembrava nuovo! Ho generalmente qualche difficoltà a dormire in un letto non mio ma su quel materasso mi sono trovata perfettamente! Ottimo il personale. Molto gentile e professionale. Enjoyed the experience

It was a nice experience, the location was good for me, as I like to walk around and to enjoy the quiet of a place, comfortable rooms and clean. The staff was great, my reservation hadn't come through when I arrived but as I showed the confirmation mail, they didn't have any problem. Recommended 👌
