The hotel safe failed (no i didn't forget the password). and the safe had to literally be removed and CUT open to get our passports. After initially telling us that they would not remove it, and that we could pick up our possessions (again, our Passports) the next day sometime at the front desk, it took 3+ hours from start to finish to convince them that our passports needed to be removed at all costs. Not a single offer to provide breakfast, or even a single apology for tearing apart our room to remove the safe, or again not having a safe for our belongings while we were out of the room.

We went to the front counter asking where we can get water... and the hotel clerk informed us their hotel did not have any.. and directed us to the coffee machine (Hot Water) Prepare to stock up on any fluids you need before the surrounding stores close for the evening.
