House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of young friends for parties or other events.

Bollène is a town located north of the department of Vaucluse at the junction of Drôme, Ardèche and Gard. Located near major communication routes, the city (old town) occupies the northern end of a sandstone plateau that also serves as the base for Mondragon, Mornas, Uchaux and Lagarde-Paréol2. The rest of the town, a low town included, extends over a fertile loamy plain that rests on an important layer of clay that is outcropping in the district of Noyères2.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis (8 adultes et 6 enfants) dans cette maison. L’emplacement est idéal, au milieu des vignes! La maison est très grande et décorée avec goût. Les emplacements extérieurs sont tops pour les repas / apéros et la cuisine extérieure avec machine à glaçons et lave vaisselle sont vraiment un plus! La piscine est très grande et le jardin permet de jouer au badminton, ping-pong ou à la pétanque. Je recommande grandement cette location.

Heel ruime, comfortable woning met grote buitenruimte en zwembad.

Grote, nette woning met alle moderne comfort binnen en buiten. Rustig gelegen. Enige opmerking: jammer dat er geen vuilnis opgehaald wordt en dat er misschien een 2 of 3-tal extra ligzetels aan het zwembad bij mogen. Een heerlijke vakantie gehad en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Tant la configuration de la maison que la propriété et ses équipements offrent toutes les qualités requises pour se retrouver et bénéficier de suffisamment de place pour ne pas s'entasser. La piscine est grande et située au cœur du lieu de vie externe (bar extérieur, cuisine extérieure, table pour repas, ping-pong, etc. La localisation en bordure des vignes garantit la sérénité et le calme absolu.

Excellent séjour d’une semaine (que nous aurions aimé prolonger!). La maison est magnifique, rénovée avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. Un très bon point pour la piscine, spacieuse et accompagnée d’une pool house avec frigo, lave vaisselle et machine à glace! Excellent accueil de la gérante, et un très bon contact avec le propriétaire, que je remercie encore pour sa disponibilité. La région est riche en activités touristiques et paysages magnifiques. En bref, nous y retournerons Avec plaisir! 10/10
