Charming Stone House with Terrace, Boules Court, Near Medieval Villages and Amenities

Spacious and independent, this large, carefully furnished gite is a beautiful stone house opening onto a large terrace (55 m²) and unfenced grounds (600 m²) with pétanque court and parking.

Nearby: Péché pond 3 km away and play area in the trees (from 3 years old) 1.5 km away, medieval villages of St-Pal-en-Chalencon (6 km) and St-André-de-Chalencon (14 km), Chalencon castle 5 km. All shops and services in Craponne-sur-Arzon (15 km). Bakery and grocery store in Tiranges 2 km away. The ground floor consists of a huge living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, a dining area and a lounge area (flat screen TV) articulated around a wood stove, separate toilet.

The 1st floor is arranged in 2 distinct spaces (2 separate staircases) each composed of a bedroom with 1 bed 160, a bedroom with 1 bed 160 and 2 bunk beds 100x200, a large bathroom with shower the Italian and a separate toilet.

For your comfort, the beds are made on arrival and the bathroom and household linen are provided and the cleaning is included in the rates. Free wired or wifi Internet access.

Heating by heat pump and wood for the stove included in the price.
