Crofty Cottage Dog-Approved Boise Bench Charmer with Private Fenced Yard

Welcome to your home away from home in Boise!

This recently renovated 1-bedroom duplex offers a comfortable and convenient stay, just minutes from everything the city has to offer. You'll appreciate the modern touches, including hardwood floors, butcher block countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The cozy living space features a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bright galley kitchen, a dining area for four, and a comfortable living room with a sectional sofa and Smart TV. There's also a dedicated workspace with a desk and fast internet, making it easy to stay connected.

Step outside and enjoy your private, fully fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or spending time with your dog. Parking is easy with a driveway for two vehicles and additional street parking available.

The neighborhood is conveniently located near downtown Boise, Boise State University, the airport, parks, restaurants, and shopping. It is an older, mixed-use area with a variety of housing styles and local businesses. Because the home is located on a busy street, you will hear traffic noise and the occasional siren from a nearby fire station. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable home base with easy access to Boise's attractions, we think you'll feel right at home here.

We hope you have a wonderful stay in Boise!
