1)Conseil pour améliorer la qualité de service côté cuisine:Installer une étagère dans les placards du bas pour y déposer des casseroles et poêles pour ne pas les chercher à 205cm de hauteur inaccessible pour une personne de taille normale. Voir photos jointes. Donc je pense que les précédents locataires ont abîmés les chaises pour accéder aux poêles à plus de 2 m de hauteur.2) Matériels de cuisine à renouveler : casserole et poêle, j'ai dû acheter une casserole et une poêle neuve3) Préciser dans votre annonce que le logement n'est pas adapté pour PMR car mon épouse est handicapée physique4) Un petit marche pied serait apprécié pour entrer dans la salle d'eau (H26cm actuel), car j'ai dû mettre une palette pour permettre à mon épouse d'entrer dans la salle de bains.5) Déposer une notice sur la table pour les nouveaux arrivants pour rappeler les consignes de départ, du fonctionnement de la TV, du réglage des radiateurs.... le voisin du 1er étage a passé une heure pour nous installer Free pour obtenir simplement les chaines TNT classiques.6) prévoir le changement du matelas7) prévoir la réparation de 2 chaises8) odeur nauséabonde provenant des toilettes, bonde douche?
