A great hotel

Friendly, efficient and clean. Broad choice of beers and a good menu for dinner as well as a great choice at breakfast. Even a bowling alley if that floats your boat. And all for a pretty reasonable price.

nice property

The hotel was nice, though quite understaffed. Had to find help to check in from someone in the kitchen. Not sure how a hotel that offers no air conditioning, in room safe or even an iron can be considered a 4 star property....but it was very clean and comfortable. My room was ground level, so i didn't feel safe to leave the windows open all night & as there were no screens,bugs became an issue very quickly. The layout was unique & it would be possible for them to hold several different private events at one time....IF they hired more staff. Because of that shortage, dinner service was very slow, despite my being the only customer for nearly 30 minutes. Breakfast was nice.

Det personliga bemötandet var över all förvÀntan!! Vilka underbara personer som jobbar hÀr!! Ni löste en sen middag för oss utan det minsta knot och mötte oss med ett leende och fantastiskt god mat dessutom! Det enda som jag kan tÀnka Àr att ni borde se över Àr belysningen pÄ rummet. Först och frÀmst byta ut trasiga lampor, men Àven generellt, som kvinna vill man gÀrna ha lite mer funktionell belysning för att kunna göra makeupen. Sen var det trÄkigt att se handdukshÀngaren hÀnga pÄ "trekvart".

Mysigt och familjÀrt med hÀrlig frukost

-Ett mycket trevligt hotell som lĂ„g bra till hands nĂ€r vi skulle fira födelsedag med familjen över helgen. Ligger Ca 35 min frĂ„n Arena Skövde (med fint upplevelsebad) och ca 30 min frĂ„n Hornborgasjöns skĂ„despel. —-Bowlingspel pĂ„ fredagskvĂ€llen (i hotellets lokaler!) och mycket god trerĂ€ttersmeny pĂ„ lördagen. DessvĂ€rre var hamburgermenyn vi bestĂ€llt till fredagen ”bortglömd” (vi var 15 pers) och det vi serverades var bedrövligt! -Dock var servicen fantastisk (tack Hege) och man drog av hĂ€lften pĂ„ fredagens matnota vid utcheckning, för att kompensera för fredagens fadĂ€s. Frukosten var suverĂ€n och uppskattades av sĂ„vĂ€l barn som vuxna. -Underbar jacuzzi och bastu som, nĂ„gra av oss nyttjade en av kvĂ€llarna. -Mysigt och familjĂ€rt stĂ€lle dit vi gĂ€rna Ă„tervĂ€nder.
