Horrible service at check out - not only it took for ever making me late to the airport (30 min to check out, unheard of worst and slowest service I’ve ever experienced in a check out) bu, on top of it I was charge for a tax that I was never given an invoice for, their excuse is that their financial team doesn’t work on Sunday? How is that possible? You charge something to a guess but you can’t issue an invoice? I was over charged over $50 WITHOUT receipt, completely ilegal. On top of that not the front desk agent and supervisor were useless, none of them with name tags on! Will contact Marriott directly as well as my credit card company. I don’t what’s going on with your properties in Colombia - They don’t follow any of the Marriott standards!

Outstanding experience. Very good service, magnificent staff, nice restaurant and bar. Maybe just improving a little bit the desk at the room, not all connections works really nice
I did enjoy my stay and though it was of very good value for money. The room is spacious and very modern. The gym is outstanding and the whirlpool amazingly big. However I felt the lack of an open space or high ceilings like in other properties giving me the sense of being enclosed all the time in dark spaces. Despite that it was a good stay and of high standards
The Hotel is modern and rooms are confortable. Maybe too modern for me but all staff is great. Hotel quiet and ideal for business trip.
the hotel is very cool and new. a bit expensive,,but is worth it must fix the breakfast,, it is too simple and not adequate for this level pf pricing my room was great, i had a suite and it was superb
