This was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in!!!

By far the friendliest staff at any hotel I have ever stayed at. I was at this hotel two years ago and they remembered me by name

Attentive professional staff. Centrally located. Surrounded by excellent restaurants just steps from the lobby.

Air conditioner was broken. Even after reporting the issue several times, during our stay of 4 nights the unit was never fixed.

I was charged extra for my friend. They put a charge for insurance on my bill for 9000 pesos for one day

Need to improve quality of breakfast by at least keeping the food warm. maintenance supervisor should be overseeing Maintenance requests to insure it is complete.

Service is lacking and the breakfast is sub standard. What they call arepas are a poor joke that most Colombian's would find insulting.

Best location in Zona Rosa. Room is clean. Very nice staff.

Great location, great staff, enjoy my long weekend in Bogota, will stay here next time .....room confortable , clean excellent staff, attention to detail......
