As an international hotel chain there is a need for more bilingual staff in food and service areas.. Regarding the suite that I used, very good in terms of size but the living room space was poorly lighted and too little furniture for the amount of space.
I've walked hundreds of times in front of that hotel and was curious to try it out. From the outside it looks quite imposing and upscale. Sadly, that exterior image doesn't translate into an exceptional guest experience. I will start with the "pluses" though: as mentioned by earlier reviewers, the location is superb, a mere 100 yards from Parque de la 93. Breakfast is also quite nice, with one of the best omelette I had in any hotel in Bogota. I also appreciated the double glazing for the street facing windows. There's a mini-fridge in every room, quite practical too, and the beds are on the stiffer but still enjoyable side. My main issue with the hotel is its room decoration reminiscent of Colombian apartments 10 years ago: whitewashed, plain and with ultra-basic furniture. The cleaning service is also over-eager, moving my personal effects to all sorts of weird places. To top it out, the gym is a cramped space with insufficient ventilation and no views whatsoever, In that area for the same price I would rather go with the Click Clack, EXE Bacata 95 or El Dorado.
Stayed over the week end during a business trip and enjoyed both central location for business meetings as well as very close to large variety of restaurants and bars at "Parque de la 93". Good choice if you look for efficient business hotel. Rooms are large, confortable and clean. Restaurant and breakfast is quite good and fair prices.
Great hotel, nice rooms, great breakfast and superb location. The area is fantastic, within walking distance to pubs restaurants and shopping. Very safe and nice area. It was great to disconnect after a long day of work. The hotel is super clean and the restaurant has many options. Used the hotel taxi: a bit more expensive but clean and safe.
I have stayed several times at this hotel but never wrote a review This hotel is in a great location Staff is amazing I haven't finished asking for something and i get it Suites are very large and comfortable Can not wait to go back
Very good service. The hotel staff is very helpful they gave me a free 15 minutes massage which I really loved. The area where the hotel is located it is very nice and there are lots of restaurants around it .
We stayed here our first time in Bogota. Its small, but nice and offer all you need for a stay. Good rooms and a good breakfast!! Its in the north of Bogota but if you wanna go down town its just to grab a cab. Otherwise the area has a lot to offer. The big shopping mall Andino is close and the area is coverd by restaurants and shops. A good place to stay when you are in Bogota.
I had the opportunity to travel to Bogotá a second time and I chose to stay here again because of the excellent and helpful reception staff who droped everything to help with whatever I needed. I was particularly happy with the meals at the restaurant, such as the quesadillas. If I must travel to Bogotá again, I would choose this hotel a third time; I have had nothing but delightful experiences here and I have met some wonderful acquaintances while staying here.
Love this place from when I arrived till the day I left. Lost my phone and wallet on the Uber at airport. Once I realized I had forgot it I went back to hotel. With no phone and no access to my account Sarah let me use her cell phone for a call back number to Uber help call. We where able to get in fin contact with driver and get my documents and iPhone back. Lost flight she put me in a nice room and was able to fly back to California the next morning. So want to thank her for the help and also add that food was great as was the service. Gracias Sarah
The room was modern with an elegant twist, excellent location. A plethora of retaurants and bars within walking distance and situated in the business area of Bogota. Attentive staff and the stay was topped off by a complimentary massage in the spa downstairs.
