A party of 16 of us arrived at this hotel at 0600 hours in the morning. There was only the duty manager on and it came as a surprise to him that we all had rooms booked. Only 2 rooms were free when the couples were allocated these rooms both found them to be already occupied. We where than told that the rooms would not be available until 1200 hours. This is all you need after a 12 hours flight form the UK. We were then shipped off to a sister hotel until 1200 hours and then picked up and driven back here. I have complained to the booking agent of our tour ref this poor setup. Once we got a room as compensation we were given a tube of M&M's as compensation. Wow get a grip at this hotel. Must say they did excellent breakfasts though. They also need more than 1 x lifts we were forever queueing. This hotel was a let down for our first day in Columbia.
This hotel was excellent due to the quality of the rooms, the friendlyness of the reception and the people in the restaurant, the quality of the food and its location in a lively area with many restaurants and coffee corners.
Out on business, arrived late, but they run 24 hrs/day, very easy to check in, had one of the larger rooms which is well provisioned, clean and has a relatively new feel. The staff are great, very easy to work with, helpful, knowledgeable and get things done quickly. The breakfast arrangement is easy and nicely provisioned, overall a great quick stay and good stop over with easy access to many parts of Bogota.
I intended to stay 3 nights but stayed 6 nights. I had a very nice room with a comfortable (very helpful for my neckhernia ) bed. Shower was super. And also the breakfast was high quality. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Location close to Parque 93 is ideal
This was the 2nd time for me in this Hotel. All is fine and many restaurants at walking distance. The rooms are ok and the food in the restaurant was good. Friendly personal but the knowledge of english in the restaurant could be better.
As an international hotel chain there is a need for more bilingual staff in food and service areas.. Regarding the suite that I used, very good in terms of size but the living room space was poorly lighted and too little furniture for the amount of space.
I've walked hundreds of times in front of that hotel and was curious to try it out. From the outside it looks quite imposing and upscale. Sadly, that exterior image doesn't translate into an exceptional guest experience. I will start with the "pluses" though: as mentioned by earlier reviewers, the location is superb, a mere 100 yards from Parque de la 93. Breakfast is also quite nice, with one of the best omelette I had in any hotel in Bogota. I also appreciated the double glazing for the street facing windows. There's a mini-fridge in every room, quite practical too, and the beds are on the stiffer but still enjoyable side. My main issue with the hotel is its room decoration reminiscent of Colombian apartments 10 years ago: whitewashed, plain and with ultra-basic furniture. The cleaning service is also over-eager, moving my personal effects to all sorts of weird places. To top it out, the gym is a cramped space with insufficient ventilation and no views whatsoever, In that area for the same price I would rather go with the Click Clack, EXE Bacata 95 or El Dorado.
Stayed over the week end during a business trip and enjoyed both central location for business meetings as well as very close to large variety of restaurants and bars at "Parque de la 93". Good choice if you look for efficient business hotel. Rooms are large, confortable and clean. Restaurant and breakfast is quite good and fair prices.
Great hotel, nice rooms, great breakfast and superb location. The area is fantastic, within walking distance to pubs restaurants and shopping. Very safe and nice area. It was great to disconnect after a long day of work. The hotel is super clean and the restaurant has many options. Used the hotel taxi: a bit more expensive but clean and safe.
I have stayed several times at this hotel but never wrote a review This hotel is in a great location Staff is amazing I haven't finished asking for something and i get it Suites are very large and comfortable Can not wait to go back
