The hotel is located in the Chapinero district, which is a nice distance from Candelaria and the city center. It provided us with an opportunity to explore another neighborhood during our trip. The hotel rooms are equipped with standard amenities and are stylistically a bit outdated. Additionally, the beds are extremely firm. The included continental breakfast was phenomenal and the service was great.

The room was ok. Smelly blankets and pillow cases. When called for room service and asked for coffee they stated they ran out and they didn't even offered to make some. Requested and iron and they said they did not have iron, but they will iron my clothes for $6000 colombian pesos a piece (2 USD). The breakfast is horrible same menu everyday (Stayed there 6 night). The only awesome thing about this place is the location.

It was a really good experience. Comfortable, clean and safe.

Great budget hotel in good location- got a room for US $28 including breakfast- fantastic deal.

Close to downtown area. Many places to eat aroun walking distance. Taxi available 24 hrs.

Large rooms and breakfast included. The Hotel offers more than the price you pay. It was an excellent choice. The service was great too.

It's a good hotel with very helpful, friendly and willing to give quality service personnel. It is not in the tourist area but very close to the Zona T and the Zona Rosa , just 5 minutes by taxi. Does not had transportation service from hotel perse however they provide a good local transportation service, I recommend Mr Andres, great person, willing to take you everywhere and very econmical for a group up to 10 persons. Close to local restaurants, starbucks and subway too.

Staff was great, location was perfect, room was really clean. The only thing missing was an iron and ironing board.

First time in Bogota, stayed for 8 nights, room was spartan, but well equipped, hot water, tv, security safe in room. Located near the banking area in Bogota, you can walk anywhere within 3 blocks and you would have a great display of bogotan beauties walking in their daytime attire. You have several eating places within walking distance and all types of food. ATMs are also within walking distance. Just a short cab ride and you can get to the Zona Rosa, the nighttime hotspot for bars, clubs and food. If you can get familiar with the local bus routes, you can reach almost every tourist destination for far less than you would spend on taxis(A MUST!!), there is a small app for android&iphone that calculates your routes and also the easy taxi app is very handy. The only small down side is that the breakfast portions are too small(at least for me). Would definately stay again here, but will request the suite, that has a kitchenette and will save you in foodstuff

I was positively surprised by the extreme willingness to help on the side of both the administration and the staff. The daily breakfast included in the price of the hotel was very good. The rooms were extra clean, and your average room is really a junior suite. An excellent value for the price.

Excellent stay. AAA+++ quality and service!!!

The room was larger than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise! And although we had a room on the street side, we did not find it too noisy. The staff were very friendly. They did their utmost to make our stay a memorable one. And they made sure we had everything we needed. The only downside is that this hotel is in a tougher side of Bogota, and you need to be alert as to your safety here. But on the other hand, the staff always made sure we got a safe and secure taxi.

The area is not great but you can easily take a taxi anywhere you want to go. The rooms are tiny but they are very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. The area is safe.
