Mixed Bag... not that bad, Not great.

I stayed in this hotel twice in the last two weeks, giving it a second opportunity. Although I was not expecting something great, because of fits description as a boutique hotel and mainly because of its price, but it didn’t fulfill my expectations. I can’t say the experience was bad, but there were A couple of things I specifically didn’t like. Nevertheless I’m going to start with the pros and then, I’ll mention the few cons. On the positive side I liked the room size, the bed, breakfast was OK, Hotels location is perfect and the overall service. On the negative side, I didn’t like the fact that most rooms face the street and the windows aren’t soundproof, therefore making it a little bit difficult to sleep at times. During my first stay, room 207 didn’t have enough water pressure and showering was very uncomfortable. Finally, the worst was the unstable Internet access, which got a little bit better on my second stay. They told me they are working on it and expect to have better Internet with the change of provider . Mixed bag, but guess I won’t stay there again.

Close to the Colombia Migracion offices

Stayed here several days while I renewed my resident visa in Colombia. The hotel is within walking distance of both Migracion offices you will need to complete your visa and cedula. Hotel is very convenient and is located in a safe walk-able neighborhood with many restaurants close by.

Great value for money

Very comfortable and value for money hotel. Courteous staff, decent breakfast and extremely comfortable bed and pillows. It's 10 minutes away from the best night life zone of Bogotá, which also have a lot of food options.

Affordable and pleaseant hotel

Excelent place to stay, staff were very helpfull and friendly. Short drive distance from the airport, plenty amenities to see in the area. i recomend this hotel I felt very comfortable and welcome.

Good Value Hotel

This is a very good value hotel in a quiet area. The rooms are well decorated with good bathroom, hot water,TV, Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast is very nice with a good variety to choose from. The service at the hotel is very professional and English is spoken. The one drawback is the location as the hotel is not very close to shops, restaurants and other amenities.

Best place to stay at Bogota!

Not only the price is very affordable considering the high hotel rates at Bogota, but this little cozy boutique hotel has the best service! Is located in a very central place in the city, close to everything! The area is nice and safe, you can walk to very nice restaurants! The rooms are big and renovated, with nice beds and furniture! Big closets, mini fridge, big flat screen tv, big renovated bathrooms! The breakfast buffet is very nice! We ordered omelets with toasts, croissants, fruits, etc! Also, eventhough this little piece of heaven is located in the heart of the city, it is somehow inside streets so you dont hear any outside noises! The bed is just amazing! Long story short, the best hotel! And I am being very emotional about this hotel because after we stayed here we were transfered to another hotel (3x more expensive) and it was the worst! The bed was so hard so were the pillows, that I couldnt sleep! the room and bathroom were small, we could hear all the noise from the street...so bad that we only stayed one night and got back to suites chico! Love it!

Great Place to Stay

The rooms are big, very comfortable beds, bathroom is nice, the staff is friendly and breakfast is ok, wifi works ok. I liked that for personal care they have a kit in the bathroom (for purchase) so you don't have to go out and look for it if you forgot something. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe to walk around. You can walk for 10 minutes and get to Parque de la 93 and 20-25 minutes and get to Zona T.

Quaint Hotel

The very best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are fantastic. The room was kept very clean. It did not look quite as good as the photos on the internet. I would not rate the hotel a 4.3 personally. More like a 3.9. I think the hotel does the best they can with what they have to work with. our shower stall leaked water under the ridge and caulking would have solved the problem. Too much traffic outside the window on the street.. The location was excellent. Only a couple of blocks from immigration, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The price was right for the room we got. I will stay there again if the price does not go up. The room was smaller than I thought it would be. The bathroom is small. In summary, it is a good value hotel with wonderful staff.
