Great hotel! Edgar at front desk was very helpful and friendly
The staff is super friendly and so helpful. Whether finding a pharmacy or a car to airport. The location couldn't be better for shopping, dining, and nightlife. One thing that could be better would be to have filtered water available whenever our bottles needed to be filled. At this time, it's only available during breakfast when the restaurant is open. That's really the only aspect that should be added.

The cleanliness is excellent but the hotel is old, the window are small. You have no real view, showers leak, and window locks and/or latches were broken. When you enter the hotel you have to wait for the front desk to open the door, the manager does not speak English and don’t seem to care to communicate with the customers. I guess for the money is ok but if you can afford a few extra dollars on a hotel room then by all means go ahead and stay at different place.

La propiedad tiene buena ubicación, la habitación muy limpia y completa. Pero el problema grave es que no pudimos dormir cómodamente nunca por el ruido de las discotecas, carros, gente y fiestas. Al no tener aire acondicionado no se pueden cerrar las ventanas.

Thank you for your feedback. As Hotel we do not want to receive guests as yourself, that go from hotel to hotel trying to get free nights by complaining about issues that are not there. We have informed Expedia to not receive new reservations from yourself and informed other properties close to us about your actions.

The bathroom was checked and there was no bad smell. After being informed by an other hotel in the city where you tried the same act of complaining without reasons, we refused to change your room and informed that if you did not like the hotel you could do your check out. You decided to make a new reservation and stay longer with us.
